Takedown & DMCA Policy

We index job postings that employers have published publicly on their own applicant tracking systems, and every record links back to the original posting. If you are an employer or rights-holder and want a posting or company removed, we make that straightforward.
How to request a takedown
Email legal@joblistingsapi.com with the posting URL or company name, your relationship to it, and the basis for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
What we do
- We link to original postings and never rehost employers' application flows.
- On a valid request we delist the posting or company from the active dataset.
- Delisted companies are excluded from future syncs, so they will not reappear the next time we read their board.

For copyright complaints, include the elements required by the DMCA: identification of the work, the allegedly infringing URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. Send these to the same address above.
