Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) sits alongside our Terms of Service and sets the ground rules for using the Job Listings API fairly. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination.

Do

  • Cache responses on your side to reduce load and stay within your plan's limits.
  • Attribute each posting by linking to the original posting URL we return on every record.
  • Respect rate limits and back off when you receive a 429 with a Retry-After header.

Don't

  • Republish the raw dataset wholesale, or build a competing data product from a substantial portion of it.
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your API keys.
  • Scrape or query the API beyond the volume your tier permits, or evade rate limits with multiple accounts.
  • Use the data to spam, cold-contact, or otherwise harass job applicants or employers.
